Information You Provide to Us. The information we collect on or through our Website may include:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on or otherwise submitting information to our Websites, including for veterinary users of our Website(s) who have signed up for an “Engage” practice management account at www.anivive.com/engage. This includes information provided at the time you sign up for more information about a study, as well as information you provide us in connection with submitting product/service orders through our Websites, including orders for SearchLight DNA™. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Websites.
- Customer Records: purchase and order history; billing and shipping information; and any other personal data about your transactions with us. This data is collected directly from you when you buy something from us, from data analytics providers when you interact with our Websites, or from service providers, like vendors who process payments on our behalf.
- Financial Information: payment card information and other financial account information. This data is collected directly from you voluntarily when you buy something from us.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us. This includes contents of phone calls, texts, or chats; any audiovisual information provided in your communications. This data is collected directly from you when you contact us or interact with our Sites, or from service providers when you contact customer support.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies. As you navigate through and interact with our Websites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website.
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
The information we collect automatically is statistical data and does not include personal information. It helps us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
