- Items of personal information transferred: veterinarian name, clinic information, email address, pet owner name, diagnostic order information, and operational records necessary to perform the requested services.

- Date and method: transferred electronically on a continuous basis.
- Purpose of transfer: to perform diagnostic testing, manage test orders and results, fulfill veterinarian-ordered products, and provide operational support.
- Retention period: retained for the period required to provide services and fulfill regulatory or operational requirements, then securely deleted or anonymized.
- Right to refuse: you may refuse consent; however, if you do so, we may be unable to provide diagnostic or related services.
- Potential risks: personal information processed in the United States may be subject to U.S. laws, which differ from those in Korea.
Where required under PIPA, we obtain your explicit, unbundled consent before transferring your personal information to the United States.
